🛍️ Change of Mind Returns
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.
To qualify:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging where possible.
- You must notify us in writing (email is fine) within 14 days of delivery.
- You then have 14 days to return the goods to us after notifying us.
Please note:
- Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
- We recommend using a tracked service as you’re responsible for the goods until they arrive with us.
🔁 Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, including postage costs.
In some cases, we may request photos or ask you to return the item so we can assess the issue.
🚫 Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are non-returnable, unless faulty:
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Perishable goods
- Sealed health, hygiene or beauty products that have been opened
📦 How to Return an Item
- Email us at thewatersidecollection@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will confirm the return instructions.
- Pack the item securely and send to:

💷 Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
- Original delivery charges will also be refunded (for full order cancellations only).
- If returning only part of your order, the original delivery cost is not refunded.
