Terms and Conditions of Sales

These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of goods and/or services from Ami Hall via my website and includes all items listed here. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Ordering

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.
  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

 

2. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT (if applicable).
  • Delivery charges (if any) are clearly stated before checkout.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via our accepted payment methods.

 

3. Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 4 working days.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, some items may have longer dispatch times listed.
  • You will become responsible for the goods once they are delivered to the address provided.

 

4. Cancellations and Returns

Consumers Only (not applicable to business customers, please note this website does not offer sales to business-business customers and all sales are made on the assumption that you are buying as an individual for personal use or gifting):

  • Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  • To cancel, you must notify us in writing and return the goods in their original condition within 14 days.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Exceptions: The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Perishable goods
  • Customised or personalised items
  • Sealed goods that have been opened (e.g., cosmetics, health supplements)

 

5. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If an item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all products marked “Not Quite Perfect” are sold as faulty and are exempt from our returns policy in accordance with this.

 

6. Delivery Delays

We aim to dispatch all orders within [X] working days. If your order has not arrived, please allow up to 14 calendar days from the date of dispatch before we issue a refund or replacement, to allow for possible postal delays.

If the item has not been received after this period, please contact us and we will resolve the issue.


7. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Losses not caused by our breach or negligence
  • Business losses or loss of profits

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

 

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
